Note: All Salesforce imports and exports require the connected Salesforce account to have API access enabled. If you are unsure that your Salesforce account has this enabled, contact your Salesforce administrator and they can assist you with enabling it. More information on how to enable it can be found here.

Please Note:  The following fields must be enabled on the layout for all Leads and Contacts for the sync to work properly.  Not having these fields enabled on a Lead or Contact will cause the entire sync process to fail.  Email  is a required field that needs to have a valid email.

       Leads: Id ,  FirstName , LastName , Name ,  Company , Phone, Email ,  Street,                              CreatedDate , City ,  State .

       Contacts:  Id  , AccountId , FirstName ,  LastName , Name , Phone , Email,
             CreatedDate
